he Main Residence is around 4,000 sq. ft. and designed for open living with bright naturally lit rooms from large skylights and windows gazing out upon the landscaped gardens and courtyards. Although the house itself is a work of art, handcrafted from its floors to the ceilings, it tastefully incorporates a state of the art lutron lighting system, whole home audio, and a dolby atmos entertainment center. You will also find radiant heat for those cold winter days and air-conditioning for the hotter summer moments.

CHEF'S KITCHEN & DINING
Created for the chef at heart, this open kitchen is spacious, with a long island and prep space, separate beverage station, and features Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances.

The kitchen opens up to an elegant dining room with stone features and a hand made dining table that comfortably seats eight people. Right off of the dining room is a dining patio with bbq for those lovely summer days and nights.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and separate lounging area, while the master bathroom boasts a grand deep-soaking tub, large steam shower and mosaic tiled walls by famed mosaicist Sylvia Seret, along with onyx and semi-precious in-laid backsplashes. Each of the two guest rooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms with similar features to the master, one boasting a large walk-in shower and the other a deep soaking tub.

Our spa-like bathrooms are an experience all in their own. You'll find artisan mosaic-tiled walls, hand carved stone accent pieces, and semi-precious stone backsplashes and walls. Every bathroom is stocked with lush oversized towels and bathrobes.
